Offer Rules

These Offer Rules explain how bonuses, free spins and other offers work at Brantford Casino. They sit alongside our Terms of Service, and where both cover the same offer point, these rules take priority.

A. General rules

Every offer is optional and comes with clear conditions.

Your balance holds bonus funds separately from your real money.
Your real money is always yours to withdraw, subject to our usual checks.
Bonus funds turn into real money only after their wagering is complete.
Each offer has its own details page in your account listing the time limit, stake cap and eligible games.
In Ontario, offers are shown only to signed-in players, so full details appear once you log in.

B. Wagering and game contributions

Bonus funds carry 50x wagering, and game types count at different rates.

Wagering means how much you must bet in total before you can withdraw bonus funds. With 50x wagering, you bet the bonus amount 50 times.

Table games count 8% towards wagering.
Around 50 slots are excluded and contribute nothing. You can find the full list in the offer details, and these games carry a mark in the lobby.
Other eligible games count at the rate stated in the offer details.
Real money deposits have zero wagering.
Winnings from the 20 sign-up free spins have 5x wagering.

C. Who can take part

Promotions are open to verified Canadian players of 19 and up, subject to local law.

Each person can get the welcome offer and the sign-up spins once.
Your identity and location checks must be complete before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
If you choose cooling-off or self-exclusion, we pause all offers and promotional messages until it ends.

D. Expiry

Every bonus has a time limit, shown in its offer details.

If the time runs out before wagering is done, the unused bonus funds, unused free spins and any winnings still tied to wagering are removed. Your real money balance is not touched.

E. Stake cap during wagering

A cap on bet size applies until your wagering is complete.

Each offer shows its own cap in its details. Placing bets above that amount could mean we cancel both the bonus and whatever you won with it.

F. Bonus abuse and voiding

Offers are for fair, ordinary play.

We void a bonus and its winnings if we find:

Holding several accounts as one person.
Betting both sides of the same outcome to clear wagering at low risk.
Play on excluded games to clear wagering.
Bets above the stake cap.
A chargeback or reversed deposit after claiming an offer.
Using shared payment methods or details to obtain one offer a second time.

Your own real money deposits are returned to you after any voiding.

H. One offer at a time

Bonuses run one at a time: a second one cannot start while another is active.

Each welcome deposit match counts as its own bonus. You can claim the next one once the current bonus is wagered, expired or forfeited.

I. Opting in

You choose every offer, and nothing is added without your say.

Pick the offer in the cashier or the promotions area of your account before you deposit. If you do not pick one, your deposit counts as real money with no wagering. You can cancel an active bonus from your account or by email. Cancelling removes the bonus funds and any winnings tied to them.

J. Maximum conversion

Some offers cap how much can turn into real money.

Winnings from the 20 sign-up free spins convert up to C$100. If any other offer has a cap, that offer's details state it. Any amount over the cap is deleted at the point the bonus converts.

K. Changes

We give notice before changing these rules.
